REFUNDS

We do not accept refunds.

RETURNS

If you received a missing or wrong item or your item was damaged in transit, please email your name and order # along with an explanation and/or photos of the damaged item and packaging to: oils@blackseedoils.com.au

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To be eligible for a return, your request must be emailed to us with the above information within 7 days of receiving your order.

To complete your return, please wait for confirmation from customer service.

Your item must be in the original packaging, un-opened and returned to us at PO BOX 2544 TAREN POINT NSW 2229 within 21 working days.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved we will replace the damaged or missing item according to your original order and have it sent out as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
